  • Tasks that fail to complete due to server-side issues

Automatic refunds are processed immediately and credits are returned to your account balance.

Credit Refunds

If you have unused credits remaining in your account:

  • You may request a refund for unused credits by contacting our support team

  • Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been consumed for completed services
  • Task failures caused by content that violates our terms (violence, pornography, copyright infringement, etc.)
  • Credits that have expired (credits are valid for 180 days)
  • Abuse of the refund system or fraudulent activity
